We offer an exchanges. Items shipped to Ireland only can be exchanged.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know within 1 day of receiving the item so that we can reserve the requested item for you.

We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or color, or an item costing the same as your original purchase. However unfortunately we cannot exchange an item for a more expensive item.
Just send the item back to us : Diva Moda, Roselawn Lodge, Rathass, Tralee, V92 DK64, Ireland , after receiving an item we'll send the exchanged one to you and also we'll email you your tracking number.
PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE ON INVOICE ABOUT EXCHANGE.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
I’ve forgotten to use my discount code, what can I do?
why won’t my discount code work?
Please check that the discount code you are using is applicable to the product you have in your basket, for example, discount codes won’t always give further discounts to items already in the sale section or it has expired
Please note only one discount code can be applied per order.
I entered the wrong email address when I placed my order, can I change it?

DELIVERY & RETURNS
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
IRE & NI: 1-2 working days, usually arrives next working day €4.50
EU: 3-7 working days: from €14.90 to €24.90 ( see at checkout )
UK ( England, Scotland, Wales) : 2-5 working days: €9.90 | 2-3 working days: €11.90
UNITED STATES: 7-14 working days: €28.90
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses don't pay any customs or import duties as we're based in Europe, Ireland
Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your DivaModa parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of DivaModa's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end

After, receiving an item we'll issue a refund back to your account, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
